Diamond Platnumz has never hidden the fact that he looks up to Sharukh Khan. The celebrated Indian Film Actor, also known as SRK is often referred to in the media as the “Badshah of Bollywood”, “King of Bollywood”, “King Khan”, he has appeared in more than 80 Bollywood films, and earned numerous accolades, including 14 Filmfare Awards. He has also been described as one of the most successful film stars in the world; so it’s clear why a young Tanzanian child would grow up idolizing him.

In Diamond Platnumz’ new video to his song “Baila” – off his “A Boy From Tandale” Album – featuring Grammy-winning violinist Miri Ben Ari, the beautiful love of his life comes running through a crowd of people to give him a romantic embrace – reminiscent of Kajol and Sharukh Khan in movies like Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham and Baazigar. Diamond took to his Instagram to confirm his love for SRK.
