Struggling city socialite Charles Olim alia Sipapa has been arrested for for public nuisance and inconsiderate use of motor vehicle according to Police.
Sipapa was caged by no nonsense cops and uprooted from Kiseka Market where he had reportedly hidden for the whole day following a tip off by vendors.
According to an eyewitness, he screamed for help like Lord Mayors Erias Lukwago.
The controversial dirk skinned showy chap’s arrest is as a result of public out cry about his impunity on the roads.
Other details reveal Olim is wanted for assaulting a journalist two months ago.
This marks his second arrest since May 8 when he was charged of violating traffic rules.
He is currently detained at CPS Kampala.
