New Vipers SC boss has straight away thrown himself to the fray ahead of the big Uganda Premier League kick off to know his team.
Club supremo Lawrence Mulindwa unveiled Javier Martinez Espinoza on Monday to replace sacked Portuguese coach Miguel Da Costa.
Mexican Espinoza, 46, started work straight away with the first team, taking the team through drills at their home training ground in Kitende.
The new boss had a team talk before taking his new team through his method of work.
The players were visibly seen sweating as Martinez shouted his orders around the pitch.
The Mexican who has been brought in to help the club’s Africa mission and to defend the domestic title has had some of his work cut out with the signing of goalkeeping coach Moses Oloya from Onduparaka FC.
Martinez will look up to the likes of Tadeo Lwanga, Milton Karisa, Mzee Dan Sserunkuma, Duncan Sseninde, Steven Mukwala and Yayo Lutimba among others.
