President Yoweri Museveni’s press team has released pictures of the President’s car hit by opposition in Arua, last night.
President Museveni was in the West Nile city to campaign for NRM candidate Nusura Tiperu in by-election to replace slain Ibrahim Abiriga, former MP Arua Municipality.
Senior Press Secretary Don Wanyama posted on twitter: “President @KagutaMuseveni car that was hit by opposition supporters this evening in Arua town.”
Wanyama on police report said: “The police will issue a statement on this incident shortly.”
