A video has leaked online showing First Deputy Prime Minister and Deputy Leader of government business in parliament Retired General Moses Ali fall like a sack of potatoes when trying to kick a ball.
The Overly obese retired General was in Namboole national stadium officiating one of the government functions when he was given a ball to show his footballing skills but instead got a fall of his life.
In the 30 second video, Moses Ali is given a ball to try out his footballing skills to which he consents but shortly loses balances as he tries to give the ball his best kick
