Kampala High Court wants UPDF and government to produce MP Robert Kyagulanyi’s head of Security Eddy Sebuufu.
Eddy popularly known as Eddy Mutwe and a colleague were picked in Kampala by military men on the 25th of August at Ssemakokiro Plaza in Kamwokya and their whereabouts remain unknown.
High Court Judge Musa Ssekaana has ruled that UPDF Chief of Defence Forces Gen. David Muhoozi produce Eddy Mutwe in court on 4th September 2018.
Eron Kiiza, the missing body guard’s lawyer told media: “Unfortunately, he has been held in incommunicado that is family and friends not being able to communicate with him and that is unacceptable in constitution dispensation.
And that is why we came to court to pray for his appearance and that is why court has ordered military and government to produce Eddy Mutwe on the 4th of September.”
