Uganda Premier League champions, Vipers SC’s 18-man squad and the technical team this morning boarded a plane and departed for Sudan ahead of tomorrow’s first leg CAF Champions League Preliminary Round clash with El Merriekh FC.
Vipers SC coach Javier Martinez Espinoza is adamant the players will fight for a positive result in Khartoum to stand a chance of progressing to the next round.
Vipers Traveling Squad;
Goalkeepers: Bashir Ssekagya and Derrick Ochan
Defenders: Ibrahim Kiyemba, Livingstone Mulondo, Geoffrey Wasswa, Bashir Asiku, Halid Lwaliwa and Yayo Lutimba
Midfielders: Taddeo Lwanga, Moses Waiswa, Rahmat Ssenfuka, Duncan Sseninde, Brian Nkuubi and Abraham Ndugwa
