Uganda Cranes left back, Alex Kakuba is now a free agent after Greek club, Panepirotikos Athlitikos Syllogos Giannina Football Club mutually terminated his employment contract on 10th December 2018.


Kakuba, 27, who joined Giannina in July on a two year contract from Portuguese top flight side CD Feirense, had only 7 appearances this season, five of these coming through the league.

Kakuba has won four caps with the Uganda Cranes. He is now in Portugal as he awaits the next destination.
