Express FC v Maroons FC
Betway Mutesa II stadium, Wankulukuku 4.30pm

Express could win successive league games for only the second time this season if they beat Maroons at Wankulukuku on Thursday afternoon.

The Red Eagles last won two games on the bounce when they beat Tooro United at home and Paidha Black Angels away in October and November last year.

They come into the game buoyed by Stanbic Uganda Cup progress and a win over Nyamityobora that saw Asaph Mwebaze exit the club.

Brian Umony, Tony Odur and Frank Tumwesigye will be the key players for the hosts.

On the other hand, Maroons come into the game on the back of a disappointing 1-0 defeat at home to Ndejje University.

They are just two points off safety and thus Ronald Orombi, Rashid Agau, Solomon Walusimbi and Herman Wasswa must be at their best if the Prisons side are to leave with at least a point.
