Could it be true that Tourism minister, Godfrey Kiwanda owns a shop that sells artificial bums and hips downtown Kampala?

Well, our snoops captured this Curvy lady at Parliament with hips that seemingly almost fell off.

Take a look at the picture!

The allegation was recently made by Kasambya County MP Gaffa Mbwatekamwa while addressing journalists at parliament over the highly criticized Miss Curvy Uganda Pageant;   “We have got information that one of the reasons why Hon Kiwanda, could be promoting sex tourism of the curvy ladies is that he has a shop in Kikuubo, which is fond of selling the curvy hips and bums, actually sources say he could be trying to earn a living from this,” Mbwatekamwa alleged.

He further stated that he would request parliament to probe Kiwanda.

“I will ask the Speaker to put up a select committee to go down to Kikuubo to confirm these allegations against him. But it could be true…”

Nonetheless, that aside, the Speaker of parliament Rebecca Kadaga has okayed the Miss curvy competition to be held on 26th April 2019.

Kadaga who was meeting the organizers of the highly contested Miss Curvy contest at parliament said the pageant had been misunderstood at first with many saying it will promote sex tourism.

However, the organizer Anne Mungoma who was flanked by other women to petition the speaker over the contest said the pageant only seeks to recognize plus size women who had lost confidence in society.

It is from this that Kadaga said no one should discriminate against plus size women and as such allowed them to go ahead with their Miss curvy contest. Kadaga also promised to engage the Mps for full support.

It Remains to be seen if the MPs will change their minds after majority of them recently heavily disagreed with the contest and called on Minister Kiwanda to cancel it and apologise to Ugandans.
