Fixture, 4PM

Vipers SC v Express FC

Tony Odur had a huge game against Ndejje University when he came on from the bench contributing to Mubarak Nsubuga’s heartbreaking clincher in the closing moments of the game.

Odur has struggled to win back his place in the starting line up after the club brought in Brian Umony and assigned Nsubuga a forward’s role.

However, the former Vipers SC star believes Express FC have history on their side ahead of the big clash at St Mary’s Stadium in Kitende.

Talking to the club’s website, www.expressfc.co.ug, Odur revealed that they want three points from the fixture.

On tomorrow’s game…

We are very ready and had a good training session. According to the boys last time we drew and this time we have to put in a shift. It will be a good game on our side. We want to win and get the points.

On playing against his former team and how hard they are…

There’s no big problem we just have to play with respect. Our team is bigger than theirs in terms of history they are the champions but we should not respect them so much. The game on the pitch will decide who the winner will be.

On the boost coming from winning the previous game…

It was a good boost we needed the points to move a step ahead it gave us a good motivation depending on our next game we just have to handle it well and get the three points and get in a better position on the table.
