FUFA Big League side, Proline FC have knocked last year’s finalists Vipers SC out of Uganda Cup this evening at StarTimes Stadium, Lugogo.
The match that ended in Extra time saw Proline win 2-1. Noordin Bunjo gave Proline an early lead in 24 minute but The Venoms equalized through captain, Tadeo Lwanga in 75th minute.
The game ended 1-1 in 90th minute and an extra 120 minutes were added but Ibrahim Bonyo struck in the 114th minute to send the Venoms packing.
2-1 win means Proline have progresses to the semi-finals and join Bright Stars FC, Kyetume and Express Football Club
