Twins belonging to state Minister for Water and Environment Ronald Kibuule drowned in a swimming pool earlier this week.
The incident happened at Kibuule’s home at Kasenge village, Mbalala parish, Nama sub-county in Mukono district. The body and remains of the fallen little angles will be buried today ( Wednesday) evening.
However what has left mourners baffled is the multi-million self-contained house where the twins will be laid to rest.
