Police in Entebbe is investigating circumstances under which a 12 year old girl ,identified as Naluyima Kotrida allegedly committed suicide Thursday evening in Nkumba central ,Katabi town council.
According to the angry locals, the girl and her sister were abandoned and were living in isolation as their father and step mother, Hellen Makamazib had even sent them out of their main house and given them a ram shackled house which was fit for a dog.
Police took the body to Mulago hospital mortuary for postmortem.
A number of people have in the past committed suicide for a number of issues related to their lives and relationships.
