Outspoken Socialite Nalongo Don Zella is recovering steadily at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in USA.
She was admitted last week over kidney failure.
She took to her Instagram and posted that her recovery rate was at 30%, which still has many people worried. Her three kids managed to visit her and perhaps keep her strong.
