Former Uganda Cranes coach, Micho is in hot soup after reports slid in indicating that he was involved in a sex scandal that could have ignited his resignation from Orlando Pirates as head coach.

On Friday evening, Micho abruptly announced his resignation from the Orlando Pirates job, citing “personal challenges”.

However, reports have since trickled in , indicating that the 49-year-old is facing charges of indecent exposure, after an incident which occurred in the team hotel on Thursday, 8 August, just as Pirates were set to travel to Zambia to compete in the Caf Champions League.

Micho is said to have asked a 51-year-old hotel cleaner to serve him ‘a piece of her bearded meat’, an allegation, he has since termed as an unbelievable set up.

He says he will not be swayed, since he already has enough pressing issues at hand to handle, as he is currently attending to his ailing mother.

“This (allegation) is a shame. My lawyers will be dealing with this. I have been the most respectful person, soldier, and servant of the game. I don’t deserve this. It is baseless and unfair,” Micho was quoted by Soccer Laduma.

‘I am still in pain and with my bedridden mother. I am lucky I am out of the country, this is unbelievable set up to chase me out. I don’t know who she (the accuser) is,” he said.

Micho has amassed an impressive track record as one of the most successful coaches in Africa, dating back to stints as the coach of Tanzania’s Young Africans, Saint Georges (Ethiopia), Al Hilal (Sudan), Rwandan national football team as well as the Ugandan Cranes football team .
