After being thrilled by Suubi metallic story at Makerere University, a yet to be identified car owner has left road users baffled down town when he strolled passed traffic police officer having an inverted Number plate.
A seemingly confused crowd at the scene couldn’t comprehend if the number plate was inserted by mistake or it was the owner’s intention to have them placed in an usual way.
