City socialite Charles Olim alias Sipapa is on the verge of sleeping on the streets after his landlord threatened to throw him out of the house for failing to pay rent.

Sipapa’s landlady known as Sarah Namukasa ordered him to vacate her house with immediate effect.

However, Sipapa refuted the allegations saying he has never failed to foot his rent arrears as claimed by the landlady. He instead claims that the landlady’s beef against him could have escalated due to the fact that he turned down her demand of buying the house.

This comes after the socialite gifted his girlfriend Serena Bata with a brand new Range Rover on her birthday.
