FUFA Big League debutants Katwe United have signed veteran striker Tony Odur on a short term contract.

Odur will feature for Katwe United until the end of the season with a task of promoting the team to top division.

Odur has formerly played for Vipers, KCCA and Express in the Uganda Premier League but also had a spell in Zambia with Nkana Fc and Denmark’s Braband IF.

He joins new recruits at the club that includes Habib Kavuma who recently signed a three-year deal recently.

Former Buddo SS and Express starlet Geoffrey Goffin Oyirwoth, Solomon Wafula, Ronald Kikonyogo, Jimmy Kakooza ‘Kachanga’ are the other new signings at the club.

Katwe United are sitting on the bottom of the Elgon with only five points collected from eight league games.
