In light of the dumping of Diamond that has failed to leave our lips, there seems to be one winner: Wema Sepetu. The famous Tanzanian actress, who had a relationship with Diamond back when they were still juveniles, got a chance to get the superstar’s heart back. Day by day, Miss. Sepetu unwittingly or otherwise hints at a romantic reunion with Zari’s high-flying ex.
Wema posted a Red Rose flower on her Instagram, captioning it as “A rose is a sign of love.” which left fans thinking that she was mocking Zari; who dumped Diamond in an Insta post of a Black Rose on Valentine’s Day.
Following the release of Diamond’s ground-breaking album, A Boy From Tandale, and the video for African Beauty with American singer Omarion; friends, fans and family have been posting the Tanzanian star’s new works in solidarity. Most notably though is that his label’s official DJ, Rommy Jones and fellow singer Harmonize, posted Wema, calling her their #AfricanBeauty
It is very early to come up with conclusions, but Wema admitted always being on and off with Diamond when it comes to love, so why should we be shocked if they are on again? I’ll leave you with a video of her singing Ali Kiba(Diamond’s Rival)’s song, “Maumivu Per Day”, captioning that he(Kiba) is just her good friend. Does this make Diamond more than a friend? I don’t know either.
