Jinja-based Azam Uganda Premier League side, BUL FC have suspended head coach, Kefa Kisala over poor results and indiscipline.
BUL crashed out of Uganda Cup last week at the hands of Kampala Junior Team (KJT). The exit was followed by another 3-1 disappointing loss to Soana at Kavumba.
BUL CEO, Salmin Saleh suspended Kefa claiming he disrespected team manager, Dauda Were. Kefa says he told Dauda Were that he was not doing his job after arriving late for KJT match and players had no uniforms and water.
As if that was not enough, Dauda Were refused to pay players’ allowances after KJT loss and as a result, players revolted and refused to train until Monday when they were assured that the money will be paid.

Kisala is currently in his second stint at BUL. The first ended in bad blood in February 2015 after the same officials; Dauda Were and Salmin Saleh crossed with the coach. His successor, Alex Isabirye also left under similar circumstances.
Bidco Uganda general manager, Gosh Suvrajit will look into the matter today but if the club owners maintain the suspension, Kisala will miss league games against Vipers (H), Mbarara City (A) and UPDF (A).
The club sits 8th on the log with 28 points after 22 games.
