Emma Carlos Mulondo is one of the most experienced managers in Uganda’s music industry, and his undisputed prowess at spotting and nurturing new talent sits him up among the stars – Coco Finger and Khalifa Aganaga are his biggest projects at that.

Emma Carlos, the Twinkle Star CEO

After the tragic death of Mowzey Radio that led to the untimely demise of dynamic duo Radio and Weasel, Emma set out to raise a new act in Zil Zil: and he has now come out to reveal a grand business partnership between him and Rydim Empire’s Derick Orone. The deal with Mr. Orone implies that boy band Rydim Boyz is also Emma’s business, and with his immense knowledge about the industry, Carlos has secured top music producers to compile a twelve-song album; with the first single off it, titled “Twetereze” having been written by Yesse Oman Rafiki and produced by the flamboyant Nessim Pan Production.

In “Twetereze“, the new duo sings of resuscitating true love, on Nessim’s Afro-Dancehall beats, ridden by swift Spanish Guitar Arpeggios. The visuals took a befitting vintage aesthetic, thanks to Zero One Media.
