Gen. Kale Kayihura is no longer the police boss and so will the Muyenga model community policing centre exist.
Gen Kayihura was arrested in June this year at his country home in Katebe village, Kashagama sub-county Lyantonde district under an unexplained circumstances.
Police this weekend stormed and demolished the model community policing center in Muyenga founded by Gen. Kayihura.
The force was forced to demolish the facility following alleged complaints of land grabbing by the police under Gen. Kayihura, unlawful detention and torture of innocent civilians at the facility
