Flamboyant city lawyer Male Mabirizi has not given up on the age limit battle.
The Constitutional Court last month, by a majority judgment, upheld the amendment to the constitution that scrapped the presidential age limit from the Constitution.

Counsel Mabirizi told the media after the ruling that he was not convinced the Constitutional Court verdict and would return to court.

Monday morning, the vibrant lawyer has filed his appeal to have the Supreme Court look into his case.

Mabirizi told media: “I am carrying appealing against the Mbale Constitutional Court decision which validated lifting of the age limit. I am appealing with 154 books and (30692 pages).”
