Bobi Wine has his relief cut short after his lawyer Medard Ssegona confirmed to him that he is under arrest.
Army Court chief Gen. Guti earlier freed the Kyadondo East legislator of charges of illegal possession of firearms and ammunition.
However, after leaving the court martial room with the help of political colleagues, Ssegona, halted the procession to sensationally brief Bobi Wine that he had been told to proceed to Gulu Magistrates Court where he will be read to charges.
The legislator who has been in military incarceration for close to a week was whisked away in a white police car.
His wife Barbie Kyagulanyi was allowed to move with him to the court.
