Rubaga South MP Kato Lubwama suffered an accident on their way to Gulu for bail hearing of Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine) and others who are incarcerated at Gulu Central Prison.
According to Daily Monitor, MP Lubwama said: “We got miner injuries, but Wakayima Musoke Nsereko, the former MP Nansana got a serious injury.”
