President Yoweri Museveni has summed up the current Electoral Commission group as a bunch of ‘rotten people’.
President Museveni was addressing a group of newly elected women leaders at Hotel Africana in Kampala.
The President blasted: “EC is full of rotten people. I am going to get rid of them.”
Museveni raged: “Why should we suffer with corrupt election officials. Why should we suffer when NRM has got so much manpower.”
He said: “Like for instance, in the election in Jinja East. I discovered there were many people imported to come and vote in this election.”
