Government has demanded to ascertain the medical condition of Robert Kyagulanyi and Francis Zaake who were blocked at Entebbe Airport from seeking further treatment abroad.
Kyagulanyi also known as Bobi Wine and Zaake were traveling to USA and India respectively before they were stopped by security.
Government mouthpiece Ofwono Opondo, Thursday evening revealed: “Bobi Wine and Francis Zaake will be allowed to proceed for further treatment abroad after government doctors have examined them to ascertain their medical conditions.”
Asuman Basalirwa the lawyer for both MPs told media at Kiruddu Hospital that government wants their doctors to examine their conditions.
Basalirwa also revealed that government says Bobi Wine and Zaake have cases to answer.
