Gen. Mugisha Muntu thinks there is nothing left of the regime.
Gen. Muntu in an interview with NTV on the state of affairs in the country, stated that the government has lost direction.
The former army commander, regretted: “Everywhere in the world where gov’ts lose direction, what follows is that they manipulate security services.”
And warned: “Until a time when political forces build the necessary momentum to stop such a regime mistakes continue being made.”
