The woman who stormed a tax dialogue in Kampala is reported to have been angered by a statement by Mukono Resident District Commissioner, where she hails from.
Nalongo Nana Mbalikiwa according to our reporters at the meeting, was watching the live event on television when she had the RDC Fred Bamwine say the population is supposed to look after its leaders.


Mbalikiwa reportedly left her place of work in rage to explode at the meeting organized by Advocates Coalition for Development and Environment (ACODE) to discuss Uganda’s tax policies.
However, the minister of state for Finance David Bahati later apologized over the statement describing it as inappropriate.
