Police has handed opportunity to only ‘immediate family’ to receive Robert Kyagulanyi and then will take responsibility to provide security to drive him to his home.
Also known as Bobi Wine, police confirm the Kyadondo East legislator will jet in Thursday.
Police convened a news conference in Kampala to issue out security guidelines to the public on the arrival of the singer turned politician.

National Police spokesman Emilian Kayima told media: “Police has received confirmation that Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu is slated to arrive in the country tomorrow Thursday 20th, 2018 via Entebbe International Airport.”

Kayima revealed: “Therefore, in order to maintain peace, law and order, the following guidelines shall apply.”
He outlined: “On his arrival, the Hon. MP will be received at Entebbe International Airport by his immediate family.”
Kayima went on: “He will be availed security from the airport to his home. Police will further ensure law and order for all road users. There shall be no unlawful rallies, processions and assemblies.”
