Tamale Mirundi says the electoral college of Uganda is manned and controlled by fighters and people who have money.
Tamale is a the former spokesman to President Yoweri Museveni and a political analyst.
Tamale in his political show on NBS TV revealed that the elections are determined by power brokers.
He states that the power brokers can not leave power in the hands of Bobi Wine or Dr. Kizza Besigye.
