Gen. Kahinda Otafiire has admitted for the first time he was thrown out of Parliament for failing to deliver.
Gen. Otafiire was speaking at a dialogue organised by the Uganda Human Rights Commission to remember ‘Constitution Day’ at Sheraton Hotel in Kampala.
The minister of justice was defeated in 2016 by Capt Donozio Kahonda in Ruhinda North.
Gen. Otafiire caused laughter when he said: “If you find the laws are bad, change the Parliament, law makers just like I was thrown out.”
