Kampala High court Judge Flavia Anglin Ssenoga flared with anger and stormed out of Court after the Defence Lawyer representing Mohammad Ssebuwufu, the proprietor of Pine Car bond , accused of masterminding the alleged murder of Businesswoman Donah Betty Katushabe, said his client was not ready insisting that he wanted to start with the defence of the 7 other accused persons.
Justice Ssenoga informed Defence Lawyer Evans Ochieng that all the parties, in this case, have been in Court since Prosecution started leading its evidence in December last year, and there is no way he can fail to present Ssebuwufu’s defence as accused person number one, further adding that her Court record would be distorted if she proceeded with the defence of other accused persons, without a sound reason as to why Ssebuwufu cannot present his first.
Ochieng then decided to consult the Prosecution team led by Alex Ojok, instead of giving the the sound reason to the Judge, which prompted her to ask his Clerk to hit the desk for her to get out.
The Lawyers in the case then followed the Judge to her Chambers, where she directed that the matter be adjourned before the Court Registrar t0 give Ssebuwufu ample time to prepare his defence.
The Assistant Registrar Inspector of Courts Jamson Karemani , then formally communicated the adjournment to 4th, 5th, and 6th December 2018.

On 2nd/October/2018 Justice Ssenoga ruled that Ssebuwufu and the Other accussed persons had a murder case to answer based on the evidence of 26 Prosecution Witnesses.
Ssebuwufu and the other accused are alleged to have tortured Katushabe to death on 23rd/October 2015 , at Ssebuwufu’s Pine Car Bond on Lumumba Avenue, Kampala, over a 9mshs car debt she had failed to pay.
In February, Ssebuwufu denied the charge saying, by the time of her murder, he was at Mengo Chief Magistrate’s Court. “I do not know the charge because on that day, I was at Mengo Magistrate’s court”, he said.
