Friends and relatives of Eddie Mutwe shed tears of joy and punched fists in the air as court handed their man lease of life from incarceration.
Real name Eddie Ssebuufu, was arrested along with Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine) and 32 others after the chaotic scenes from the Arua by-election campaigns.
Gulu Magistrates Court handed Eddie Mutwe bail along with Ssenyange Musa after presenting sureties.
The pair were represented by counsels; Komakech Kilama and Asuman Basalirwa represented Ssebuufu and Ssessange and court asked them to return on December 3.
Friends and relatives of the duo including socialite Ashburg Kato were visibly excited as they received the pair outside the court.
