Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago is punching hands in the air over the resignation of KCCA chief Jennifer Musisi and has not left her retire in peace.

Musisi submitted her resignation letter to President Yoweri Museveni on Monday and is expected to leave on December 16.

Lukwago who appeared on NBS TV breakfast show dismissed Musisi’s works.

The Lord Mayor rated: “In terms of rule of law, she scores 0, on economic transformation, she scores 5%. On structural transformation, how do you access someone’s performance minus a blueprint.”

Lukwago taunted: “The image of KCCA is the personality of Jennifer Musisi. From today on wards, you’re going to see massive changes in terms of institutional development.”

He went on: “Even when you see the logo of KCCA, it’s her you see. Jennifer Musisi recruited over 700 personnel clandestinely without going through the right measures, these people can’t be called to order and are answerable to her.”
