Allied Defense Forces (ADF) chief, Jamil Mukulu, will continue to rot in jail after his case failed to take off following reports that government did not provide fully documents required.

Mukulu and 28 others, are accused of causing mass murders and crimes against humanity in their rebel activities in the areas of Western Uganda and Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo.

The High Court was supposed to hear whether or not Jamil Mukulu and 38 others should stand trial before its International Crimes Division.

However, defense lawyers stood their ground claiming government has not furnished court with all documents to help them proceed with the case.

High Court has hence pushed the Pre-trial hearing of the case to 20th December,2018, to allow the Defence team be availed the certified record of extradition proceedings of the three accused persons arrested from Dare-Salaam.
