Jennifer Musisi once again scoffed at Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago by staying away from a meeting he called to discuss her resignation from KCCA as Executive Director.
Musisi resigned on Monday by writing to the appointing authority a letter that she will quit in December.

Lukwago sent invites to Musisi, Councillors and Resident City Commissioner to discuss her resignation.
To the Lord Mayor’s surprise, the outgoing KCCA chief decided to keep away.
It, however, emerged Musisi was commissioning additional health facilities at the Health Centre in Kawaala to step up health care provision for City mothers and their newborns.
