Opposition want President Yoweri Museveni not to present himself at the national dialogue as head of state.
The National Dialogue is being conducted by the Elders Forum and Inter Religious Council of Uganda.

President Museveni has confirmed he will avail himself for the talks expected before the end of this year.
The Leader of Opposition in Parliament Betty Aol Ochan has reservations for the President and how he will present himself.
Ochan in an interface on NBS Tv Thursday morning opined: “President @KagutaMuseveni should not come to the dialogue as a president. A neutral body should also deal with the launch of the dialogue. If you make some people taller, it will be hard to bring them down.”
The Leader of Opposition said: “We believe in dialogue as opposition but it must be all inclusive, even if it is pushed to December, it is still early. We need more consultation.”
