Court has slapped two charges of Cyber harassment and offensive communication on flamboyant academic Dr. Stella Nyanzi.
Dr. Stella Nyanzi is accused of referring to President Yoweri Museveni and his late mother as Uganda’s biggest misfortune on her social media page.
The former Makerere University don went ahead to allegedly curse the vaginal canal of the mother to the President using vulgar words.
Dr. Nyanzi used her Facebook page to post on the 16th and 19th September 2018.
Nyanzi’s lawyer Isaac Ssemakadde told court they are ready to receive the President in court since he is the main witness and teach him his client’s language.
The last time Nyanzi appeared in court on 9th Nov 2018, she rejected bail claiming she wanted to stay in Luzira to teach inmates how to use Facebook.
