Perhaps when the minister of Youth and Children’s affairs Nakiwala Kiyingi subjected Ssenyonjo Patrick a.k.a Fresh Kid to a drug test, alot of people might have thought the young rapper’s dizzling eyes could have triggered the minter’s inner feelings to have him go for  the test.
