Police say they have completed gathering evidence against pastor and former journalist and Joseph Kabuleta, following his arrest on Friday evening.
Kabuleta was picked up by plain clothed security agents at Lugogo, after which he was taken to the Special Investigations Unit in Kireka.
He will be charged with computer misuse and disturbing the peace of the person of the president as Kampala metropolitan police spokes person Patrick Onyango acknowledges that he made an offensive communication post on His Facebook page against the person of the president by referring to him as “a Gambler, Thief and Liar.”

Police believes Kabuleta will likely appear before the courts of law today only if the DPP finds their evidence sufficient and if not he will definitely be released without any charges.
