The biggest physical fitness programme in Uganda-Lucky’s Groove Back returns this Saturday at MTN Arena Lugogo starting at 3pm.

Pioneered and hosted by Lucky Mbabazi, the program has grown in leaps and bounds from the 1st edition that was held in March this year. At the launch of the programe early this year, Lucky promised that there would be four (4) editions every year and so far, two have been held, with the 3rd happening tomorrow (Saturday 7th September 2019). The fourth edition and year finale will be held in December.

Speaking at the press conference to announce the 3rd edition, Lucky said she was impressed with the response the programme has received so far and promises a bigger experience, “the way Lucky’s Groove Back has been received is amazing, it’s so motivating to see that people now appreciate physical fitness more and are willing to take better care of their bodies. From the two editions we have had, I can proudly say that the impact has been felt and I just can’t wait for this 3rd edition,” she said.

Participants will be treated to different fun-filled work out sessions conducted by the best instructors in the country. “We will have the best of Zumba, aerobics, yoga, and this time we are joined by two kickboxing Champions Golola Moses of Uganda and Patricia Apolot as guest trainers, so it’s going to be a lot of fun,” Lucky said.

The sessions will start at 3pm and participants will pay 20,00 shillings only. There will be lot’s of goodies to giveaway courtesy of the sponsors of the event-Bata, Nootri Africa and Nivana water.

In her concluding remarks, Lucky expressed gratitude to the companies that have supported her along the way. “I want to thank our main sponsors Bata so much because they have been with us for the first edition, thank you for believing in my dream.
