Edward Golola’s boys are to be facing it with Peter Onen’s boys on who tops the Startimes Uganda Premier League at the end of the day.

The league resumes tomorrow(Tuesday) after the international break with quite a number of rescheduled matches on card.

It will be a top of the table affair at St. Mary’s stadium Kitende when current leaders Bul fc confront three time champions Vipers sports club on the road in what promises to be an exciting encounter tomorrow.

It will be the 17th time both teams are meeting in their 8th year history and looking at the journey statistically, the Venoms are ahead having won nine times, drawn on five occasions and lost just two, scoring 18 goals against 8 in the previous 16 league encounters between the two clubs.

Both clubs have had change of names for rebranding purposes as Vipers was previously Bunamwaya sports club until 2012 while Bul joined the top flight league during the 2011/12 football season as BIDCO football club before changing to the current name.

The first ever meeting between the two football clubs, occurred on November  22, 2011 at Kakindu stadium ending in a draw of 2-2.

Bul’s first ever win against Vipers came during the 2013/14 second round 2-1 win at Kakindu stadium being coached by Kefa Kisala who is now at Wakiso Giants.

Bum will be looking for the second win when Vipers are the hosts in the last eight games.

The last game played at St. Mary’s between Vipers and Bul fc ended in a 1-0 victory courtsey of Brian Nkuubi shooting from 40 yards.

Bul are coming into this fixture in bouyant moods as they lead the 16 team log with 19 points two ahead of Vipers who lie in second position.

Bul fc defeated Tooro United 2-1 away in their last fixture while the Venoms saw off Express in a 3-0 victory.

In the other game on the fixture tomorrow, Kasasiro boys will  be visiting the Prisons Wardens at Luzira grounds.
