Ugandan defender Savio Kabugo has joined Ethiopia Premier Side Sebeta Kenema on a one year deal after leaving Democratic Republic of Congo’s AS Vita on mutual consent.
Kabugo had his contract terminated at AS Vita in a bid to find greener pastures.
The lanky defender joined the Congolese outfit from Sports Club Villa in December last year.
His new club Sebeta Kenema are newly promoted side in the Ethiopian top flight having been relegated in 2010/11 season.
Kabugo has also previously featured for defunct Sports Club Victoria University, Uganda Revenue Authority football club and Proline Fc.
Savio Kabugo has eight appearances in the cranes jersey and one goal that came against Ghana in November 2014 in the 2015 AFCON qualifiers in Namboole.
