Beatrice Anywar has no regrets quitting opposition FDC party for ruling NRM.
Anywar is the KItgum woman MP who stood on an independent ticket after fallen out with her party.
The former FDC iron lady who once led a tearful demonstration against the destruction of Mabira Forest, Friday stormed Parliament appointments committee for the vetting exercise.
Upon being approved by the committee, Anywar punched hands in the air and then roared.
She poured out: “I don’t regret leaving the opposition.”
Anwyar added: “I did not betray opposition, am only serving Uganda at heart.”
