Police in Mpigi district has nabbed a self-proclaimed witchdoctor for impregnating two siblings aged 16 and 18 years.
Magambo Musa alias Musoga Mulangira a resident of Masaza village , Kamengo sub-county reportedly repeatedly sexually molested the two teenage sisters at his shrine in August 2019.
Police raided Mulangira’s shrine at Masaza village and arrested him, he is being held at police station as investigations continue.
Fred Enanga the Police mouthpiece says the two unsuspecting victims visited Mulangira’s shrine for a traditional cleansing and healing when the witchdoctor convinced them into having sex with him.
It is alleged that the witchdoctor lured them on several occasions in the night claiming he was inserting medicine into their bodies using his sexual organ and this could cure their condition.
The heavily pregnant girls are currently undergoing counseling at the family and child protection unit at the police station.
Enanga says police condemns the acts of abuse done by the witchdoctor in the highest way possible and will be held liable once investigations are complete.
