Sam Simbwa’s URA has won Wasswa Bbosa’s Express Fc 1-2 in an empty Wankulukuku stadium.
Mikidad Senyonga and Anwar Ntege scored for URA Fc as Frank Kalanda’s strike in the second half acted as a consolation for Express Fc.
Sam Simbwa’s URA moves to 40 points whereas this served as Express’ first league game at Wankulukuku since leaving Kavumba Recreation Center.
URA Fc looked a better side from the start of the game possessing the game in the first 15 minutes of play thus getting their first goal through Mikidad Senyonga.
Substitute Anwar Ntege who replaced Daniel Isiagi doubled the lead with a header off Shafik Kagimu’s right wing cross.
In the 72nd minute, Frank Kalanda scored a consolation goal off Frank Ssenyondo’s assist though it was not enough for the hosts to get the three points.
URA Fc will host Police Fc in their next fixture next month while Express Fc will make a trip to Luzira to play Maroons.
