It is not until Wednesday evening that a neighbor decided to pay him a courtesy call that he discovered His lifeless body hanging to a cable wire fixed through a hole on the ceiling of his house.

They suspect that the deceased could have ended his life because of depression or anxiety problems.

The shocked neighbor sounded an alarm that attracted residents who later informed the area Defense Secretary and local council Chairperson-Lc, Charles Kasaga .

The area Defense Secretary, Abdul Bulondo, says upon reaching the deceased’s home, they found the gate wide open and found the deceased’s body hanging on a cable.

The Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson, Patrick Onyango, says police retrieved the deceased’s body and took it to City mortuary Mulago for postmortem.

He says they handed over the body to the deceased’s relatives for burial in Wobulenzi in Luweero district on Thursday afternoon as investigations are ongoing.
