The two Jobless Youth who were charged with being a common nuisance are in trouble after the Buganda Road Court grade one magistrate Joan Acaa has ruled have a case to answer.

Acaa made the ruling on Friday morning while the two accused Augustine Ojobile and Robert Mayanja appeared in court before the magistrate.

On November 15th, 2018, Mayanja and Ojobile carried pig heads at Buganda Road in protest against the Central Bank mismanagement saga which saw the closure of several commercial banks in the country.

Acaa said that she found it sufficient after she based on the evidence adduced by five prosecution witnesses.

Prosecution witnesses told the court that Mayanja and Ojobile carried pig heads along the road causing inconvenience to the public while exercising common rights.

The suspects who have since been out on bail have now been directed to report back to court on March 23rd 2020 to start defending themselves.
